Return policy: When purchasing a new foam machine or evaporative snow machine from Partymachines.com the customer does have the opportunity to return the equipment within three business days of receiving it if the product is found to be defective. Customer must fill out and fax back (scanning and email works as well) appropriate paperwork before return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee if the equipment is not used. If the equipment has been used there will be charged one rental fee.

Customers who own equipment purchased from Partymachines.com receive special pricing on replacement parts when they become necessary. Often times replacement parts cost less than repair costs because of round trip shipping and advancements in our products.
