Where are you located? Our distribution center is 30 minutes from the Austin, Texas airport.

Do you have other locations possibly in my area? Yes, we have customers all over the United States and Canada as well as across the globe.

Do you rent margarita, karaoke, snow cone machines, ect. ? No.

How long have you been in business? More than ten years

How much is a foam machine rental? It varies depending upon your local rental rates. Typically they range from $300 for the first hour up to a $1,000 minimum for a college fraternity party. Call one or all of the local numbers we provide you with and get a rental that works for you. We only sell equipment.

How much is the foam? We sell foam in 5 gallon containers for $289 delivered.

How long does the foam last? Each container lasts from 6 to 10 hours

Do you have it in stock? Yes,we pride ourselves on keeping everything in stock

How long does it take to get to me? It takes 1 to 4 business days and typically 2 to 3 days on average

Will you take less? We price our products at a reasonable rate. We offer discounts after the first order on what we deem as large orders. The first order gets no discount

Can I get a deal? Yes, you get a deal every time you purchase something from us. We provide service after the sale. If you are buying the equipment in order to generate revenue we will assist in every way we are able. We succeed when you succeed

What else do I need to buy? With the foam machine purchase or the free foam machine we include everything except water and electricity and a large container (trash can/ barrel) that you need to mix the foam/ water mixture in.

Does it come with the pump? How about the hose? Yes, we include the hose and the pump in your order

Do you have a foam pit? How much is it? How big is it? Is it in stock? Does it have a floor? Yes, we have different sized pits in stock and ready to ship to you. The range from a 16 x 16 ft square to a 30 x 30 ft square and we also stock 5 meter diameter round pits up to 25 ft diameter round pits. They all come with removable floors and blowers. They range in price from $1410 up to $2495. We can always custom make a pit for you in 5 short days. Regular sized pits arrive to you in 1 to 4 business days.

Is the foam slippery? The foam when mixed with water is as slippery as regular water is. It is not the same slippery as soap because our unique foam does not have the slippery ingredients in it

How do you clean it up? You clean up just like you would clean up water. That's what it is. When having the party outside in a grassy area as recommended there is very little cleanup because the water simply goes into the grass.

What's your return policy? Do you have a warranty? We do not accept returns unless you decide to send the equipment back at your own expense. The 60 month warranty is available to you free of charge only if you sign and fax or scan and email back your invoice/ contract within 2 weeks of purchase of the foam and/ or machine. In most cases you receive the machine free with foam solution purchase. The foam machine warranty does not cover shipping. Most replacement parts are so inexpensive that you simply pay for shipping and we send the replacement parts free of charge as long as you are in your warranty period. As long as you continue to purchase foam solution from us we will continue to provide you with referrals and replacement parts as you require them.

How do I pay? It is most efficient for you to order and pay for everything through the secure partymachines.com website. You may call and pay over the phone. We accept major credit cards and paypal directly through the website and everything is in stock. It ships out the business day that you order it and you receive fedex or freight tracking numbers as your equipment and / or supplies ship out.
