Foam machines, artificial snow machines, bubble blowers, karaoke machines, confetti equipment, and scent machines that are rented from Partymachines.com are tested and in working order before they are shipped out. When purchasing a new foam machine or evaporative snow machine from Partymachines.com the customer does have the opportunity to return the equipment within three business days of receiving it if the product is found to be defective. Customer must fill out and fax appropriate paperwork back before return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee if the equipment is not used. If the equipment has been used there will be charged one rental fee. |

You can cancel this order within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 3 business days after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. You will still be charged one rental fee or 15% of the price as a restocking fee.

We ship all products within 48 hours of receipt of payment. All orders are shipped FEDEX ground - insurance on shipping is customer's responsibility.
